False Peace, Sorcery, designed by Zina Saunders first released in May, 1997 in the set Portal and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
A control deck that focuses on stalling the game and preventing opponents from attacking would benefit from including False Peace in their deck. While False Peace can be effective in certain situations, there are other cards like Fog that provide a similar effect for the same cost but can be more versatile in different matchups. False Peace could see play in specific metagames where combat-focused strategies are prevalent, but overall, it may not be a top choice for most decks due to its limited scope of impact compared to other options available.
