Drowned Rusalka, Creature — spirit, designed by Dany Orizio first released in Feb, 2006 in the set Guildpact.
Drowned Rusalka could be beneficial in a deck that focuses on graveyard recursion or self-discard strategies, as it provides a way to filter through your deck while also enabling graveyard synergies. However, in more competitive settings, there are likely better options available that offer similar effects with greater efficiency, such as Jace, Vryn's Prodigy or Merfolk Looter, making Drowned Rusalka less optimal for top-tier decks.

Unlike many similar cards, Drowned Rusalka’s ability causes you to discard a card first and then draw a card. If your hand is empty, you will just draw a card.
