This Cloudseeder card would be beneficial in a blue control deck that focuses on generating flying creatures for defense and evasion. While Cloudseeder offers a consistent source of flying blockers, there are potentially better options like Spellstutter Sprite, which provides a more impactful effect when countering spells. However, Cloudseeder could still see play in a deck looking to maintain a board presence with flying creatures while utilizing its spellshaper ability for token generation and card advantage.
