About Brilliant Plan

Brilliant Plan, Sorcery, designed by Song Shikai first released in May, 1999 in the set Portal Three Kingdoms and was printed exactly in 6 different ways.

A deck that focuses on card advantage and card draw would benefit from including Brilliant Plan, as it allows the player to refill their hand with three new cards. However, there are more efficient card draw options available in Magic: the Gathering, such as Ancestral Recall or Brainstorm, which provide better value for their mana cost. While Brilliant Plan can be useful in certain situations, it may not be the optimal choice for competitive play and may see limited use in more refined deck builds.
