Scavenging Ooze ist eine vielseitige Karte, die Decks zugute kommen würde, die Friedhofsstrategien stören, zusätzliche Lebenspunkte gewinnen und mit der Zeit zu einer Bedrohung werden möchten. Es ist besonders effektiv gegen Friedhofsdecks wie Dredge oder Reanimator. Auch wenn es mächtigere Friedhofshass-Karten wie „Tormods Krypta“ oder „Ruhe in Frieden“ gibt, bietet die Fähigkeit von Scavenging Ooze, zu wachsen und Lebenspunkte zu gewinnen, einen zusätzlichen Wert in Mittelstrecken- oder Aggro-Strategien und macht es zu einer guten Wahl für Decks, die nach einer flexiblen Friedhofshass-Option suchen.

Notably, this means that if you activate Scavenging Ooze’s ability multiple times targeting the same creature card, only the first instance of the ability to resolve will have any effect.
