Abt von Keral Behalten wäre vorteilhaft in einem roten aggressiven Deck, das sich darauf konzentriert, eine hohe Anzahl von Nicht-Kreaturen-Zaubern zu wirken, um seine Fähigkeit zu aktivieren und von seinem Kartenvorteil zu profitieren, wenn er ins Spiel kommt. Auch wenn möglicherweise mächtigere Karten verfügbar sind, kann Abt von Keral Behalten immer noch eine solide Ergänzung in Decks sein, die darauf abzielen, das Tempo aufrechtzuerhalten und früh im Spiel Druck auszuüben.

Playing the card exiled with Abbot of Keral Keep’s ability follows the normal rules for playing that card. You must pay its costs, and you must follow all applicable timing rules. For example, if the card is a creature card, you can cast that card by paying its mana cost only during your main phase while the stack is empty.
