Goblin-Diplomaten, Kreatur – Kobold, entworfen von Jesper Ejsing Erstveröffentlichung in Jun, 2002 bei der Bearbeitung Magic Online Promos und wurde genau in gedruckt 6 verschiedene Formen.
Ein Deck, das sich auf aggressive Strategien konzentriert und Gegner in ungünstige Kampfsituationen zwingen möchte, würde vom Einsatz von Goblin-Diplomaten profitieren. Allerdings gibt es bessere Karten wie Fumiko the Lowblood, die einen ähnlichen Effekt mit zusätzlichen Vorteilen bieten, wodurch Goblin-Diplomaten für kompetitive Spiele weniger wünschenswert sind.

If, during a player’s declare attackers step, a creature is tapped, is affected by a spell or ability that says it can’t attack, or hasn’t been under that player’s control continuously since the turn began (and doesn’t have haste), then it doesn’t attack. If there’s a cost associated with having a creature attack, the player isn’t forced to pay that cost, so it doesn’t have to attack in that case either.
