Ein Deck, das sich auf das Gewinnen von Leben und aggressive Kampfstrategien konzentriert, wie zum Beispiel ein weißes Weenie- oder Lebensdeck, würde davon profitieren, Angel of Destiny einzuschließen, da es eine starke Gewinnbedingung bietet. Während Angel of Destiny die einzigartige Fähigkeit hat, das Spiel potenziell in einem Schlag zu gewinnen, könnte es in Wettkampfspielen von effizienteren und vielseitigeren Karten wie Serra Ascendant oder Baneslayer Angel überschattet werden, aufgrund ihres sofortigen Einflusses und ihrer Widerstandsfähigkeit. Allerdings könnte Angel of Destiny immer noch in lockeren oder thematischen Decks gespielt werden, die nach einer unterhaltsamen und geschmackvollen Gewinnbedingung suchen.

All first-strike combat damage is dealt at the same time, and, separately, all regular combat damage is dealt at the same time. If one of those amounts of combat damage is enough to cause the player being dealt damage to lose the game, Angel of Destiny’s first triggered ability has you gain life, but the other player has already lost the game and can’t gain life.

If Angel of Destiny leaves the battlefield before your end step, its last ability won’t trigger and won’t cause a player to lose the game, even if Angel of Destiny attacked that player earlier.
