Um Vampir Nocturnus

Vampir Nocturnus, Kreatur – Vampir, entworfen von Andrew Robinson Erstveröffentlichung in Jun, 2002 bei der Bearbeitung Magic Online Promos und wurde genau in gedruckt 10 verschiedene Formen.

Ein Deck, das sich auf schwarze Vampirkreaturen konzentriert und eine hohe Dichte an schwarzen Karten im Deck hat, würde am meisten von der Einbeziehung von Vampir Nocturnus profitieren, da es den Kreaturen einen erheblichen Kraftschub und Ausweichmöglichkeiten bietet. Allerdings gibt es bessere Karten wie Sorin, Imperious Bloodlord oder Captivating Vampire, die vielseitigere und wirkungsvollere Fähigkeiten für Vampire-Stammesdecks bieten, sodass Vampire Nocturnus weniger wahrscheinlich in kompetitiven Magic: the Gathering-Formaten zum Einsatz kommt.

If the top card of your library is black, Vampire Nocturnus will give itself +2/+1 and flying even if it’s somehow not a Vampire.

If the top card of your library changes while you’re casting a spell, playing a land, or activating an ability, the new top card won’t be revealed until you finish doing so.

To work as an evasion ability, an attacking creature must already have flying when the declare blockers step begins. Once a creature has become blocked, giving it flying won’t change that.
