Ein einfarbiges Deck mit einer starken Hingabe an eine bestimmte Farbe, wie etwa Mono-Weiß oder Mono-Rot, würde am meisten von Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx, profitieren, da es in der mittleren bis späten Spielphase eine erhebliche Menge Mana erzeugen kann.
