A deck that focuses on ramping and fixing mana, such as a Simic control or midrange deck, would benefit from using Waterlogged Grove due to its ability to provide both green and blue mana, as well as the option to draw a card later in the game. While there may be better dual lands available, like Breeding Pool or Hinterland Harbor, Waterlogged Grove could still see play as a budget-friendly option or as additional card draw in a deck that values card advantage.
