The Silk, Web Weaver card could be a strong addition to a Selesnya (green-white) creature-based deck, especially one focused on generating token creatures. The ability to create 1/1 tokens with each creature spell cast and the mana ability to provide a buff to your creatures can be quite powerful, particularly in a deck that aims to go wide on the board. While there may be more optimal cards for certain strategies, Silk, Web Weaver could definitely see play in token or creature-based decks looking to maintain board presence and overwhelm opponents.
