A control or tempo deck that focuses on card advantage and gaining life would benefit from using Reviving Vapors, especially in a white-blue deck with strong mana fixing. However, a card like Sphinx's Revelation might be better for a similar effect in terms of overall power level. Reviving Vapors could see play in more casual or budget decks, but in competitive environments, other options may be favored.
