Offer Immortality would be beneficial in a black-based aggro or control deck that focuses on dealing damage efficiently and protecting key creatures. While it provides temporary protection with deathtouch and indestructible, there are better options like Heroic Intervention which offers similar protection for all your creatures at instant speed. Offer Immortality could see play in specific situations where protecting a single creature is crucial, but overall, it may not be a staple in most competitive decks.
