This card, Nadier's Nightblade, would be a great addition to a token-based deck in Magic: the Gathering, as it provides a recurring source of life drain and gain whenever tokens leave the battlefield. It can synergize well with cards that create a lot of tokens, such as Lingering Souls or Raise the Alarm. While there may be more powerful options available for life drain effects, Nadier's Nightblade can still be a solid choice in the right deck and could see play in a strategy focused on token generation and attrition.
