A deck that focuses on token generation and aggressive strategies, such as a red aggro or token deck, would benefit from using Molten Birth. While the card provides value by creating two Elemental tokens, the coin flip mechanic adds an element of randomness that may not always be reliable. Other cards like Dragon Fodder or Hordeling Outburst may be better options for consistent token generation without the risk of losing the card.
