Decks that can take advantage of the recurring 2/2 Zombie tokens with decayed would benefit most from Jadar's ability. While there may be more powerful cards in certain situations, Jadar's ability to consistently create tokens can be quite valuable in the right deck and could see play in decks looking to go wide with tokens or sacrifice synergies.
