Haywire Mite would be beneficial in a deck that focuses on gaining life and controlling the board by removing noncreature artifacts or enchantments. While it offers a small life gain and removal utility, there are potentially better cards like Reclamation Sage or Qasali Pridemage that provide similar effects with more flexibility. Haywire Mite could see play in a specific meta where its abilities are particularly relevant, but overall it may not be a top choice in most decks.
