A Golgari graveyard-focused deck would benefit from using Grizzly Ghoul, as it can easily grow in power with creatures dying throughout the game. However, a more efficient alternative could be Varolz, the Scar-Striped, which not only has a similar mechanic but also offers additional utility with its scavenge ability. Grizzly Ghoul could see play in more casual or thematic decks, but competitive decks may opt for more streamlined options.
