The Goblin Chirurgeon would fit well in a Goblin tribal deck that focuses on sacrificing Goblins for value while maintaining board presence, as its ability to regenerate creatures can protect key threats or support aggressive strategies. However, there are arguably better options, such as Mogg War Marshal, which provides multiple Goblin tokens for sacrifice and can be used to fuel other synergies. While Goblin Chirurgeon can be useful in specific builds, its niche ability may not see widespread play compared to more versatile cards that enhance overall strategy and board state.
