This card would be a great fit for a control deck that focuses on milling the opponent's deck and disrupting their graveyard strategies. While Death in Heaven offers a unique and flavorful ability, there are more efficient cards like Rise of the Dark Realms that can bring back all creatures from all graveyards directly onto the battlefield.
