A control or mill deck would benefit from using Chancellor of the Spires in Magic: the Gathering, as it provides a strong advantage by allowing you to cast an opponent's instant or sorcery card for free upon entering the battlefield. While there may be more efficient cards for certain strategies, Chancellor of the Spires can be a valuable addition to decks focused on disrupting opponents' plans and utilizing their own resources against them.
