A red aggressive deck focused on quickly dealing damage to the opponent would benefit from including Cartouche of Zeal, as it provides a boost in power and haste to a creature, enabling faster attacks. While there may be more powerful options available, such as Lightning Bolt for direct damage or more versatile auras like Rancor, Cartouche of Zeal can still see play in decks looking to maintain a fast-paced offensive strategy.

Cartouche is an enchantment subtype with no special meaning. Other cards may care about which enchantments are Cartouches.

Each Cartouche is an Aura with “Enchant creature you control.” If another player gains control of either the Cartouche or the enchanted creature (but not both), then the Cartouche will be enchanting an illegal permanent and be put into its owner’s graveyard as a state-based action.
