A deck that focuses on green and white creature synergy, such as a Selesnya tokens or aggro deck, would benefit from using Tolsimir Wolfblood. While Tolsimir's ability to pump other green and white creatures and generate a 2/2 Wolf token is strong, there may be better options in certain situations, such as Trostani, Selesnya's Voice, which provides lifegain and token generation. Tolsimir could see play in decks looking for additional creature buffs and token generation.

The “legend rule” means that creating a second Voja while one is already under your control will result in one of them being put into its owner’s graveyard (where it promptly ceases to exist). You choose which of the two remains on the battlefield and which is put into the graveyard.
