Tinybones, Trinket Thief would be a great addition to a discard-focused deck in Magic: the Gathering, as it incentivizes opponents to discard cards and rewards you for it. This card can be especially powerful in a deck that focuses on making opponents discard cards consistently, allowing you to draw cards and drain your opponents' life. While there may be more powerful cards for certain strategies, Tinybones can be a strong inclusion in decks that aim to disrupt opponents' hands and gain card advantage.

Tinybones’s first ability triggers only if an opponent has discarded a card before the end step begins. If an opponent has more cards in hand than their maximum hand size, they’ll discard during their cleanup step, which is after the end step.
