A deck that benefits from The Great Aurora would be a ramp-style deck aiming to generate large amounts of mana quickly, enabling them to bounce back from losing all their permanents and hand cards by drawing replacements and potentially putting a significant number of lands on the battlefield. However, a similar but possibly more effective card for this strategy could be Jokulhaups, as it destroys all nonland permanents and keeps the lands in play, giving the player a significant advantage. Overall, The Great Aurora can see play in specific ramp strategies, but other cards like Jokulhaups might provide better results in similar scenarios.

The number of cards you draw is equal to the number of permanents on the battlefield that you shuffle into your library plus the number of cards from your hand that you shuffle into your library.
