A deck that focuses on aggressive creature strategies, such as a red-green ramp or midrange deck, would benefit from including Terror of the Peaks. While there may be other cards that offer similar effects or better value, Terror of the Peaks can still be a strong inclusion in the right deck, especially if the strategy revolves around leveraging its abilities to control the board and pressure the opponent.
