A deck that focuses on dealing direct damage to opponents, such as a burn or control deck, would benefit from using Stensia Bloodhall. While it provides a consistent source of damage, there are better cards like Ramunap Ruins or Castle Embereth that offer more efficient ways to deal damage. Stensia Bloodhall could see play in budget decks or in decks looking for additional sources of damage, but it may not be a top choice for more competitive or optimized decks.
