A deck focused on Elves would benefit from including Jagged-Scar Archers, as it can become a powerful attacker based on the number of Elves you control and can target flying creatures for damage. While there may be other Elf-centric cards with similar abilities, the versatility of being able to deal damage to a flying creature makes Jagged-Scar Archers a strong contender for inclusion in such a deck, especially if the meta includes a lot of flying threats.
