This card would be beneficial in a deck that focuses on ramping up mana quickly and efficiently, especially in a deck that aims to play large creatures early on. While Fanatic of Rhonas Token provides significant mana acceleration with its Ferocious ability, there are better options available such as Birds of Paradise or Llanowar Elves which provide consistent mana ramp without the condition of controlling a creature with power 4 or greater. Fanatic of Rhonas Token could see play in specific decks that can reliably meet the Ferocious condition, but in general, there are more efficient mana ramp options available in Magic: the Gathering.
