This card could be beneficial in a deck that focuses on generating extra mana or has ways to untap creatures outside of the untap step, allowing for consistent activation of Brass Man's ability. However, there are better options available such as Voltaic Servant, which can untap any artifact each turn without the need for additional mana investment. While Brass Man may not see widespread play in competitive decks, it could have niche applications in casual or themed decks that enjoy the flavor and uniqueness it brings to the table.
