This card would be beneficial in a Commander deck focused on Ooze tribal strategies, as it provides a significant buff to Oozes you control and has the potential to create additional copies of itself if you have a commander in play. While Biowaste Blob offers a unique and flavorful effect, there are potentially more powerful cards for Ooze tribal decks such as [[Biogenic Ooze]] or [[Doubling Season]] which can generate even more value. However, for a thematic Ooze deck, Biowaste Blob could certainly see play and contribute to a fun and synergistic gameplay experience.
