While it can be a powerful finisher, there are potentially better options like Siege-Gang Commander or Krenko, Mob Boss in a Goblin deck for consistent token generation and damage output. However, Voracious Dragon could see play in more casual or thematic decks looking to capitalize on sacrificing creatures for a big payoff.
