This card, Spiritual Guardian, would be a great addition to a white control deck focused on gaining life and stabilizing against aggressive strategies. While it provides a decent life gain upon entering the battlefield, there are more efficient options like Baneslayer Angel or Archangel of Thune that offer additional benefits or stronger effects for a similar mana cost. Spiritual Guardian could see play in casual or budget decks, but in more competitive settings, there are better options available.
