While it offers a unique effect of searching for a creature with lesser mana value, there are better options like Chord of Calling or Eldritch Evolution that provide more flexibility and consistency in fetching creatures. Rushed Rebirth could see play in a casual or budget deck, but it may not be competitive enough for higher-level play.
