Reaper of Flight Moonsilver would be a strong addition to a white-based Delirium deck in Magic: the Gathering, as it provides a powerful flying threat that can become even more formidable with its Delirium ability. However, there are other cards like Avacyn, Angel of Hope that offer a more impactful effect for a similar mana cost, making them potentially better choices in competitive play. Reaper of Flight Moonsilver could still see play in more casual or themed decks looking to utilize the Delirium mechanic effectively.
