The card's ability to destroy all non-Giant creatures can provide a huge swing in board advantage, especially against aggressive or creature-heavy decks. While there may be other board wipe options available, such as Wrath of God or Day of Judgment, the flexibility of being able to cast the giant creature later from exile adds additional value to Realm-Cloaked Giant // Cast Off and could make it a viable inclusion in the right deck.
