A deck that focuses on casting noncreature spells from exile and has a strategy built around convoke would benefit from including Party Thrasher. While it offers a unique ability to potentially play additional cards from exile, its effectiveness depends on the deck's synergy and strategy. There may be better cards for specific deck archetypes, such as Chandra, Torch of Defiance for red decks or Snapcaster Mage for blue decks, but Party Thrasher could still see play in a deck looking to take advantage of its exile-related mechanics.
