Hushwood Verge would benefit a Selesnya (Green-White) deck in Magic: the Gathering as it provides both green and white mana, but only if you control a Forest or a Plains. While it can be useful in a deck that requires both colors, there are better dual lands available such as Temple Garden which enters untapped and can tap for either color without conditions. Hushwood Verge may see play in budget decks or casual formats, but competitive decks would likely opt for more efficient dual lands.
