The Heraldic Banner card would benefit a mono-color deck that focuses on creatures of the chosen color, as it provides a power boost and mana acceleration. However, there are better cards like Mana Crypt or Sol Ring for mana acceleration and Coat of Arms for creature power boost in tribal decks. While Heraldic Banner can be a decent inclusion in certain decks, its impact may not be significant enough to see widespread play in competitive formats.
