The Greenwood Sentinel would be a great addition to a green-based aggro or midrange deck, providing early board presence and defense with its vigilance ability. However, there are better options available such as Llanowar Elves for ramp or Steel Leaf Champion for a more aggressive approach. While Greenwood Sentinel may not be a top-tier card, it could still see play in budget or casual decks looking for a solid early-game creature.
