This Greenwheel Liberator card would be beneficial in a deck that focuses on sacrificing or bouncing permanents to trigger the revolt ability consistently, such as in a sacrifice-based or flicker deck. While Greenwheel Liberator can be a strong addition in the right deck, there are potentially better cards like Scavenging Ooze or Avatar of the Resolute that offer more consistent value without relying on specific conditions. However, if the deck is built around enabling revolt triggers, Greenwheel Liberator could definitely see play as a solid addition to the strategy.

Revolt abilities check only whether a permanent you controlled left the battlefield this turn or not. They don’t apply multiple times if more than one permanent you controlled left the battlefield. They don’t check whether the permanent that left the battlefield is still in the zone it moved to.
