Frilled Mystic is a versatile card that would benefit control decks looking to disrupt their opponent's spells while also having a solid creature on the battlefield. It can be a strong addition to decks that focus on tempo and disruption, especially in a Simic color combination. While there may be other counterspell options available, Frilled Mystic's Flash ability and the potential to have a 3/2 body on the board make it a strong contender for inclusion in decks that can support its mana cost. It should definitely see play in the right deck.
