A deck that benefits from Fist of Suns is one that wants to cast high-cost spells without worrying about their mana requirements, such as a five-color deck with powerful, expensive spells. While Fist of Suns can be useful in certain situations, it is generally considered too slow and fragile for competitive play compared to other mana-fixing options like Chromatic Lantern or Coalition Relic.
