Dragon Dowser would be beneficial in an EARTH Pendulum deck that focuses on swarming the field with monsters and maintaining field presence. While it provides a quick way to Special Summon an EARTH Pendulum Monster from the Deck, its limitation of being destroyed during the End Phase can be a drawback. A potential better alternative could be Rescue Rabbit, which can instantly Special Summon two Level 4 EARTH monsters from the Deck, enabling more immediate field presence without the risk of being destroyed. However, Dragon Dowser could still see play in a deck that values its specific effect and synergy with EARTH Pendulum Monsters.
