This Cyberman Patrol card would be a great addition to an aggressive artifact creature deck looking to apply pressure and drain the opponent's life total quickly. While it has a unique ability with afflict 3, there may be better options like Cranial Plating or Steel Overseer that offer more consistent and impactful effects in artifact-focused decks. However, if the deck is looking for a specific synergy or theme, Cyberman Patrol could definitely see play and add an interesting twist to the gameplay.
