Breaching Dragonstorm would be beneficial in a red aggressive Dragon tribal deck in Magic: the Gathering. It provides card advantage by allowing you to potentially cast a spell for free or at least draw a card. However, there are potentially better card options for a Dragon deck such as Dragon's Hoard, which provides ramp and card draw. While Breaching Dragonstorm could see situational play in a Dragon-themed deck, other cards may offer more consistent value in the long run.
